journey Begins
In the heart of Popoyo, a dream took root in March 2022, blossoming into the luxurious Hide & Seek Resort by January 2024. Founded by Emileah and Daniel, builder and interior designer, an Australian couple with a shared passion for the raw beauty of Nicaragua and a vision for a haven that marries adventure with comfort. Our doors swung open in December 2023, welcoming our first guests to celebrate New Year's Eve amidst the elegance of Mediterranean minimalism and the warmth of Nicaraguan hospitality.

The creation of Hide & Seek was fueled by Daniel’s love for surf, his eagerness to share the joy of riding waves, and a commitment to water safety.
