Room-Only Bookings

Flexibility and Payment Structure

For all room-only and room-with-breakfast rates, we offer flexible pricing options designed to accommodate your needs. Reservations made under these rates are fully refundable up to two weeks prior to the scheduled booking date.

Deposit Requirements

A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the two-week mark before the arrival date. The remaining balance of 50% will be due upon check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation within the two-week period leading up to your booking, we will issue a credit note/date change for the amount paid, which can be applied toward future stays at our hotel. This credit note will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation.

All-Inclusive Packages and Retreat Bookings

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

For all bookings related to all-inclusive packages and retreats, please note that initial deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within six months of the scheduled booking date.

Credit Note Provision

Should you need to cancel your reservation within this six-month period, we will provide a credit note/date change for the full amount paid. This credit note can be utilized for future bookings at the hotel and will remain valid for a duration of two years from the date of cancellation.
